2. Bookings & Cancellations

• All services must be booked in advance via phone, email, WhatsApp, or online form.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted job.

• For emergency or trauma-related call-outs, a minimum call-out charge applies, which will be discussed upfront.

3. Access to Premises

• Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed time.

• If we are unable to access the site or are delayed due to access issues, additional charges may apply.

• We require the site to be safe and secure for our team to work — any known hazards (e.g. needles, broken glass, structural issues) must be disclosed before arrival.

4. Health & Safety

5. Payment Terms

• Late payments may incur interest and administration fees under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel future services if invoices remain unpaid.

6. Liability

• While we take great care in all our work, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, poor property conditions, or issues arising from undisclosed hazards.

• We carry full public liability insurance, and proof of cover can be provided on request.

7. Customer Expectations

• If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please let us know within 48 hours of the job being completed so we can review and, if appropriate, rectify the issue.
