DC GROUP can provide you with domestic cleaning to suit you and will work to provide a service that meets your needs. From the moment you contact us you will be greeted by a helpful professional, who will discuss your personal cleaning requirements in detail and create a personalised schedule, just for you.
We run daily, weekly, fortnightly and 4 weekly rota systems or we can arrange a frequency to suit you. However you chose to use us, we will take pride in cleaning your home as if it were our own. You can expect a consistent and reliable service, carried out by highly trained and skilled staff. We try our upmost to ensure that the cleaners you receive are kept the same for continuity.
We operate a free fully insured key holding service, so if you cannot be there, our higher tier, DBS checked cleaners can still gain access to carry out your clean and you can rest east knowing your home is secure, even after we have left.
We pay great attention to detail, you let us know if there are any particular areas or items within your home that require special attention, or any areas you don’t want cleaning and we will fully comply with your requests.
Our staff are happy to spend your booked cleaning time on:
- Silver/brass cleaning
- Cleaning internal windows
- Bed making
- Laundry
- Re-organising closet/ cupboard space
- Anything you request! Whilst they are on your property, their time is yours to use as reasonably required
One-off Spring Cleaning
For those of you that like to clean their own homes, but just need that bit of help when it comes to the less frequent spring cleans, we are here for you!
Such properties do not require a regular domestic clean, but it is good to schedule in a professional “deep spring” performed a few times through the year. We recommend this especially if you have children or pets, even more so if you have social events at home.
Our one-off cleaning service is perfect for if you are organising a celebration at home and are expecting guests then our cleaners will work to a detailed checklist to ensure your home looks its best prior to their arrival.
Not only can we prepare your home for the event, but we can clean up after the party has finished. Imagine not having to worry about the morning after the night before mess. Just book us in and we will take care of it for you. Our cleaners will do all they can to ensure your home is clean and ready to for you to continue day to day living.
What about if you have guests coming over to visit? Our deep cleans are perfect for those last-minute visits from the in-laws! All our cleaning operatives carry their own cleaning chemicals and equipment, and if needed PPE.
