We recently worked with DC Group on our holiday park, and I can honestly say they were professional from start to finish. Sarah communicated with us every step of the way, ensuring she fully understood our needs while clearly explaining their plans and how the work would be carried out, which gave us complete confidence throughout. All quotes were provided within the timelines given, and the project was delivered exactly as outlined. I cannot fault their professionalism, organisation, or communication. Their whole process on our holiday park was seamless, and it was clear they take great pride in their work. I needed advice in regards to bed bug training and the DC group were incredibly kind and gracious with their time and facilitated a session with me. The knowledge, expertise and care was apparent and I would have no qualms in recommending them, especially to vulnerable people such as care homes. Other companies will use ineffective poisons, this company won't, they actually care about the vulnerable affected. Local company that showcases true human interaction and care. First class service from DCGroup. We had mould in the bedroom and bathroom. Paul came to assess the situation and talked us through the recommendations. He is very knowledgeable and knows his business well. Sam came to do the work. A lovely respectful gentleman who was very thorough. He cleaned and treated both rooms. We feel safer now. Having followed DC Specialist Services works I was confident they would carry out my specification and I was not disappointed. I knew the what I wanted doing, they are a serious contender for mould and wood preservation works that would have perhaps got out of control in the wrong hands. I've returned to my property for the first time in years to find neat and tidy works,  no sign of a repeat infestation, and a healthy clean environment. The most personalised response ever, they reacted to an emergency clean up promptly with two shining individuals who cared about the person affected as much as I did, making her feel so comfortable about the treatments they used and the depth of cleaning they undertook. I was so pleased with the work that was carried out on my balcony to remove the pigeon poo. They took their time and worked really hard, I would give them a rating of 10 if I could.
